Miami, Florida is home to so many amazing authentic Cuban restaurants. Sadly, Orlando has very few places that hit the spot. So I decided to make some at home! If you know good Cuban food, you know that these little babies are like gold. They are savory, crunchy and so satisfying but usually they are deep fried in oil. I healthy-fied them up by baking them and trust me, you won't be missing any of the grease! Especially because I made an incredible garlic mojo for dipping! I love when I can really toot my own horn, toot toot!
