Had a long work day and just don't want to spend the time to create a masterpiece in the kitchen tonight? I feel ya... This is one of my favorite easy and healthy dishes. Fresh wild shrimp with some healthy alternative, quinoa pasta. Sprinkled in is some garlic and some crushed red pepper flakes. Warm olive oil ties this baby together. And don't forget to save the spinach for right before serving to keep it bright and crisp! Top it off with fresh parmesan cheese and you have a soul warming meal that only took you 30 minutes max from start to finish. I realized that it has been a while since the last time I cooked something different; a pasta recipe that will surely be pleasing for everyone! I love exploring different pasta recipes that is why Garlic & Olive Oil Quinoa Penne with Shrimp looks nothing but an enticing recipe for me. If ever I will have an extra time for cooking later at the evening, I will have this prepared for my parents since I know that they are into pasta recipes that much! It’s definitely a breathe of fresh air for them as I rarely cook penne for them. There are restaurants within the city that are good at penne too!

It's always a dream of mine to be in Italy one day. There are different cities in Italy that are worth the visit, and one of that is Como. I have a favorite film that was shot in Como, and Lake Como was highlighted in the story. I was instantly captivated by what I saw, so I will have this simple desire to reach the country the place one day. I feel envious towards you because you've been in Como, a favorite place that I would love to be in someday.

There is no doubt that Lake Como is one of the best places to see if ever you will get the chance to travel going to Italy. it has been featured on a movie. That very day I saw the film, I have considered it as one of my favorites! If you are panning to have a grand vacation in Lake Como, it's a must for you to try all pasta recipe there. I am sure it sounds a bit expensive, but that is one of the greatest purpose you can do while you are there!

Sad part is, the part of the body containg the poo sac is the most flavorful! We ust the neck and tough parts for chowder....the whits "soft" part is for other dishes (like pasta). Next time you come to the coast to clam...take that bit of extra ytme to carefully disect the colored material from the soft body. Great recipe though. THANKS!

I can see why you would like this so much – it sounds wonderful. I would definitely add protein to this, simply because I can’t survive on high carb/low protein meals. I’m looking forward to trying it.
